Initial Research:

Research goal: Identify pain points for photographers running their own business.

Five participants were interviewed for 15 minutes each.

Findings:

  1. Participants have to write their own contracts which can be repetitive
  2. Participants find communication with the clients hard to keep track of
  3. Participants find themselves using multiple apps to work with clients which are not efficient.

Hi-fidelity Prototype

Takeaways:

There were many aspects to this project which added many pieces to the design. I found myself prioritizing simple and easy-to-use design over trying to fit as much as possible in one space.
